HIGHLAND GAMES NEAR SHENVAL ORGANIC B&B IN SCOTLAND

A mere 7 miles (12kms) from your holiday accommodation base at Shenval organic Bed and Breakfast,  the village of Drumnadrochit, on the shores of Loch Ness plays host to the Glenurquhart Highland Gathering and Games, on Saturday 23 August, 2008, at Blairbeg Park.
Putting the Shott, Throwing the Hammer, Throwing 28lb Weight - Distance, Weight Over Bar, Tossing the Caber, Tug of War, Hill Race, Piping with both Traditional Pipe Band and Piping competition, Highland Dancing Display, Field and track events, Cycling including De'il Tak the Hindmost...
